Wow! I haven't blogged in a very long time! I have been busy with my house full of girls but am ready to start up again to document the newest addition to our family, Bailey Kay. I like to document my girls' milestones through the blog because it's a nice keepsake for them and for me. I have made monthly photobooks for Ava and Reese as a sort of scrapbook and used my blog posts to capture their milestones and everyday activities/events. Now it's time to do the same for Bailey. So here goes...
Little Miss Bailey was born on February 12th at 12:42 a.m. She was 7lbs 14oz and 21 inches long. She was born with a head full of dark hair! (surprising, I know!) The birth was everything I thought labor/delivery should be. I had quite a different experience with her older sisters so this was just what I always hoped for. I was able to have a VBAC and it went really well and surprisingly fast. I was able to hold my new baby immediately after she was born, which I never got to do with the twins. She was very healthy and stayed in our room with us the whole time minus the occasional checkups in the nursery. We only stayed for 2 days and begged to go home! She has been a joy ever since.

Weight: last weight check 8lbs
Height: 22 inches
Size Clothes: some NB but mostly 0-3 or 3 months (she is a chunker)
New Milestones: She has started to really look at people when they talk to her and she smiles.
Milestones you think Little One is close to: I think she will start cooing/talking back soon, she looks like she wants to.
Favorite Activity/Toy: Really she just likes to sleep. I put her on her playmat and she is content looking at things for about 10 minutes and then she is tuckered out.
Sleeping: She sleeps a lot still. However, she has an uncanny ability to know just when Mommy is laying down to sleep/nap and that is when she wants to be awake!
Amount Eating: She eats anywhere from 4-6 oz every 3-4 hours. She is a little piggy!
