Bailey is One Year old!!!! What?!

Weight: 23 lbs 15.5 oz (91%)

Height: 31 inches (93%)

Size Clothes: She has moved on up to 18 months!

New Milestone: She is standing alone for brief periods of time and will walk behind a push toy for a little bit. She makes no attempt to walk on her own! Both of her sisters were walking by now, Bailey is in no hurry!

Milestone you think LO is close to: I think she will start taking steps on her own pretty soon. She is also starting to sound out some words...she says "mama" and "Lily" (other baby at daycare).

Favorite Activity/Toy: She is very possessive over a certain cup in the bathtub! Otherwise, she isn't really attached to any toys. She loves to dance though! She goes after Daddy's phone and looks at him and starts dancing, like, "turn some music on please, I want to bust a move!"

Sleeping: Still sleeping through the night like a dream. She is down to 2 naps per day.

Amount Eating: She has her usual bottles per meals and 2 between meals. She is now on cows milk and we are attempting to transition her out of bottles.

Bailey is 11 months!

Weight: She was 22lbs about 2 months ago so I would guess around 23-24lbs.

Height: 29-30 inches is my best guess

Size Clothes: 12 months

New Milestone: Bailey is really good about getting around the furniture and she attempts the stairs! But she has yet to stand alone or even take a step. This one takes her time...and that's okay with Mama. She also starting cutting her first tooth!

Milestone you think LO is close to: I think she will start attempting to walk soon or stand alone.

Favorite Activity/Toy: She has never really taken to a certain toy but after getting a Baby Einstein turtle that plays music for Christmas, she has really taken to that. She loves to dance to any type of music and gets very excited, hands flailing everywhere. She is also a magnet to her big sisters little Barbie shoes, little doll crowns...basically anything that is a choking hazard, she is all over that!

Sleeping: She sleeps beautifully...never an issue. She sleeps from about 6:30/7 pm until 6:30 am.

Amount Eating: Starting to slowly mix in whole milk with her formula for an easier transition. She really isn't interested in drinking her bottle anymore and just wants table food. Even with barely one tooth, she can basically eat anything.

Bailey Kay is 10 months!

Weight: Last official weight was 22 lbs...I would guess she is right around there or maybe 23 lbs. 

Height: Approximately 29 inches.

Size of Clothes: She wears all 12 month clothes and I'm just hoping we don't have to move up to 18 month for awhile...she's growing too fast!

Newest Milestone: Bailey is just starting to pull herself up onto the furniture, toys, the steps...that's pretty much all she wants to do now. She is learning to move along the furniture and from the coffee table to the couch. She also waves Bye-Bye and has for about a month now.

Milestone you think LO is close to: I think she is going to strengthen her skills in moving along the furniture and walking assisted.

Favorite Activity/Toy: She is still very disinterested in anything that is meant for her to play with. She has been into pulling the DVD's off the shelf, attempting to eat the dog food, playing with any cord she lays her eyes on, or trying to grab whatever her big sisters are playing with.

Sleeping: Still sleeping through the night. No complaints. She is a fabulous sleeper.

Amount Eating: Still getting about 4 or 5 bottles per day and eating some baby food. She is more interested in eating table food and feeding herself. She loves chicken, sausage, green beans, broccoli, bananas, cheerios, puffs, cheese...my girl loves to eat! Still no teeth!

Bailer is 9 months!

Weight: 22lbs putting her in the 90th percentile for weight!

Height: 28.5 inches 80th percentile for height

Size of Clothes: She pretty much wears all 12 month clothes but a select few 9 month will work.

Newest Milestone: Bailey has improved in her crawling skills and will actually move her hands and knees in coordination to move instead of just army crawling. She will finally move her feet to walk when you hold her hands.

Milestone you think LO is close to: She has just started to walk when you hold her hands and she will hold on to the couch but doesn't move yet. I'm thinking she will put it all together in the next month and start moving along furniture.  

Favorite Activity/Toy: She has become disinterested in all of her "baby toys" but really enjoys playing with the big girls in their room. Okay, maybe not so much "with" the big girls but with their stuff! Hahaha.

Sleeping: She is still a wonderful sleeper. She usually takes about 3 naps per day and goes down for the night around 6:30-7:00 and wakes up at 6:30 a.m.

Amount Eating: Eats about 8-6 oz 4 or 5 times per day with baby food 3 times per day. We have started incorporating more table foods and so far she likes green beans, chicken, bananas, and cheerios. This girl loves to eat! Still no teeth yet.

Bailey Kay is 8 months!

Weight: I would say close to 20 lbs.

Height: Best guess would be 29-30 inches

Size of Clothes: Wearing 9 months but she may be moving on to 12 months soon!

Newest Milestone: Bailey has started experimenting with sounds; she says "na na na" and "da da" but no "ma ma!" She is pretty good at sitting up but she is such a busy girl that she still face plants or throws herself backwards.

Milestone you think LO is close to: She has been attempting to crawl; she gets up on all fours and rocks and will push off on the floor with her feet in a sort of army crawl. So, I'm thinking it won't be long before she is officially mobile! yikes!

Favorite Activity/Toy: She pretty much likes anything her sisters are playing with and wants to play with them so bad. She enjoys gnawing on their play food from their kitchen, especially the little plastic hamburger buns!

Sleeping: She is a great sleeper! She is usually tired around 6 or 6:30 p.m. and will sleep until 6 or 6:30 a.m....love it!!! After we took her pacifier away last month, she has slept much better. Now she sucks/chews on her blankie.

Amount Eating: Eats about 8-6 oz 4 or 5 times per day with baby food 3 times per day. She has started to eat the yogurt melts and puffs and really likes them. Still no teeth though!

Bailey is 7 months!

Weight: I would guess just over 18lbs

Height: approximately 28 inches

Size of Clothes: 6 months are getting a little snug so we are mostly in 6-9 or 9 months (we have a little chunker)

Newest Milestone: Bailey is semi-mobile! She rolls all over the place! She likes to roll over to her big sisters and grab their toys, hair, whatever she can get her little hands on.

Milestone you think LO is close to: She is sitting up a little longer than she was  last month but still we can't set her down and leave her, I'm thinking she will get the sitting down this month.

Favorite Activity/Toy: She loves to play in the Baby Einstein jumper. She also likes the Baby Einstein little movies in the morning while Mommy gets her big sisters ready for the day. She smiles as soon as she sees the caterpillar come on. 

Sleeping: We have another excellent sleeper! We took the pacifier away and it only took 2 days of a little crabbiness at bedtime/naptime and she sleeps like a dream! She goes to bed anywhere from 5:30-6 pm. and doesn't wake up until 6 a.m. Mom and Dad are getting a full nights sleep...it's a beautiful thing!

Amount Eating: She still eats anywhere from 6-8 ounces 4 or 5 times per day and has baby food or cereal. So far she is not a fan of green beans or squash!

Bailey is 6 months old!!

Weight: 17 lbs 14.5 oz (78%)

Height: 27 1/4 inches (91%)

Size Clothes: Bailey can wear some 6 month outfits but is starting to fit the 9 month category a little better.

Newest Milestone: She has been able to roll over for awhile now but she hardly stays in one position anymore...just flip, flipping all over the place. She is also using those little hands to grab at everything.

Milestone you think LO is close to: We have been practicing sitting up unassisted and she is getting better but still face plants or throws herself backwards. But over the next month I'm sure she will improve.

Favorite Activity/Toy: She likes to play in her Baby Einstein Jumper and grab all the toys and shove them right into her mouth. She looks like a kid at fat camp who just got a cupcake! Haha! It's stinking cute! She doesn't seem to favor any toy yet, she just likes grabbing for anything right now.

Sleeping: She goes to bed for the night usually around 6/6:30 p.m. and will wake up about 3-4 times wanting her pacifier. She wakes up for the day at around 6 a.m. and takes three 2 hour naps during the day. We are going to attempt taking the pacifier away in an effort to train her to soothe herself to sleep at night. Mommy and Daddy are tired of waking up 4 times a night to give her the paci!! It worked well with the twins, now it's Bailey's turn.

Amount Eating: Baby girl can eat! She eats anywhere from 6-8 ounces 4 or 5 times per day and has baby food or cereal twice a day. If you give her a 6 oz bottle she will cry when she finishes...she loves to eat! She seems to like rice cereal, bananas, sweet potatoes, and apples but not so much green beans.
